Since 2007, fashion maven Katherine Glorioso Dress has brought edgy, West Coast flavor to the D.C. area through this Crystal City neighborhood boutique. Locals love the wide selection of dresses, skirts, tops, jeans, jumpers, and accessories, mostly from L.A.-based designers as well as a gift and vintage section. Some items are basics, but shoppers note that many pieces are funky, colorful, and unique. And the best part is the pricing: All items are under $100.
